    Working closely with our clients to review objectives, requirements and aspirations. We examine everything that will influence a projects success, pulling out opportunities and risks and working with the project team to understand them.

    Analysis and Planning

    Working through a project brief, normally with a design partner, researching where necessary, to come up with the right solution, one that meets the project requirements and brief in full.

    Technical Architecture

    Defining the technical approach used to deliver a project, mapping out hardware and software requirements, API's, responsibilities and detailed documentation on how it's all going to work.

    Prototyping

    A useful working practice we tend to employ, which enables us to try multiple versions of a particular idea or feature to understand its usefulness, feasibility or to just confirm an approach.

    Full Production

    The full production of a project, working with the client and design partner to ensure all creative, technical and business objectives are met and the end results surpass expectations.

  6. 06

    Support & Maintenance

    Working with the client team to provide support and consultancy following launch to ensure the project is kept up to date and new features added when required.
