So, how does this work? Typically, a creative agency will get in contact with us, they will have a new client or project in its early stages, which they are looking to put a proposal together for. The creative team may have had some ideas or the client may have provided a detailed set of project requirements.
It's at this stage that we would get involved. We would assign a technical lead to the project, who would work closely with the creative team to flesh out ideas, to try to get under the skin of the clients requirements & to figure out exactly what the right solution is. We would formulate these into a technical proposal, a set of costs & would work with the creative agency to ensure this is clearly communicated to the client.
Once the project is agreed, we would work closely with the creative agency to manage all technical aspects of the project, this typically includes liasing with the clients IT teams, sanity checking visual designs & sourcing hosting providers, right through to full development & implementation of the designs and ensuring the project is delivered successfully, on-time & on budget.
